About Us
Pioneer Counseling Services offers a great environment where people can learn and grow together. Pioneer Counseling Services, serving Uinta County and located in the extreme southwest corner of Wyoming, is the longest running, community based mental health facility in the county. The center provides a comprehensive array of outpatient services to all residents of the area. Additionally, the center owns and operates two group living facilities and monitored independent living apartments with services and supports tailored to the needs of persons with serious and persistent mental illness.

Public Inspection of Form 990 Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax
As required by Federal Law, Pioneer Counseling services Inc. has available their Form 990's for public inspection at their main office at 350 City View Drive, Suite 206, between the hours of 8:15 AM and 4:30 PM Monday-Friday except for legal holidays.
