My credentials include the following: LCSW, license, by Wyoming Mental health professions Licensing Board.  LAT , License, by Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board. Degrees  May 2004 – Masters/ Social Work/ Mental Health University of Missouri at K.C.  May 1990 – B.S. / Recreational Therapy/Brigham Young University.
